Good's Furniture and Mattress has all the “tools” you would need to furnish one room or your entire home. Good's Furniture has been doing it this way for over 60 years. We keep it simple. A 20% deposit is required on all special orders and the balance can be paid COD or prior to delivery. We offer six months interest free financing through Synchrony Financial, which must be applied for and approved prior to delivery. Additionally, there may be special extended interest free financing promotions. (See current promotions) We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit cards, as well as personal checks with a valid I.D. Lay-a-way is also an option. Please inquire for details. For security reasons, we do not hold credit card information on your account. Please be sure to provide your card numbers for each payment. We will not automatically bill your credit card.

At Good's Furniture our sales team will spend a lot of time and effort to be sure that the products you have ordered fit your needs. We do understand that certain circumstances require adjustments and/or cancellations. Please refer to the following situation that may apply for clarification:
Special Orders - Our manufacturers will not allow any changes or cancellations after a certain point in the ordering process. Under no circumstance will the manufacturer restock any merchandise. Timely cancellations that are met prior to this “cutoff” time will be refunded in full. All cancelled orders after the “cutoff” date will be subject to restocking fees (up to 40%), handling and transportation fees, and are only allowed in rare circumstances with management approval.
Stock Items - Delivered stock items may be exchanged or cancelled within 7 days from purchase date. A pickup/delivery fee may apply. Returns may be denied, or charges incurred if the furniture is returned in a different condition than was delivered (i.e., scratches, smoke …). For health and safety reasons, bedding cannot be returned.
Good's Furniture will deliver you new furniture or mattress for FREE within a 50 mile radius with the exception of some clearance items and special promotional items. We use our own men, trucks and equipment and do not work through a “delivery service”, which means greater flexibility and personal service for you! The price you see in the showroom does not have any added delivery fees (unless you are out of our delivery market).
Please note that we may deliver out of our normal delivery area for a nominal fee. On rare occasions we may charge for unconventional delivery situations (i.e. second floor window, porch deliveries …), as the time and manpower required is greater than anticipated. While our delivery crew is well experienced, it is still the customer’s responsibility to be sure delivery entryways are suitable to accommodate the furniture that they purchase, and walkways are free and clear of ice and snow.
Below is a list of towns and the day of the week you can expect delivery of your new furniture or bedding. If your town is not listed but is near a town on the list, this will probably be on the same schedule.
Good's Furniture will remove your old furniture or bedding for FREE as part of our normal delivery service. You won’t find this from our competitors!! That’s right. Our delivery crew will remove your old set, item for item, in exchange for what we deliver! Sorry we can’t take more than we bring into your home, as we are limited for space on our truck as well as insurance and time restrictions.
Good's Furniture will set-up your new furniture or mattress for FREE on all delivered purchases. Our delivery crew will place your furniture where you would like it with all furniture components in place (sorry, but we don’t install your personal electronics/televisions in any of our units as we prefer not to take the liability on them). We do not deliver in boxes or cartons. Every item is matched to your order, inspected for damages, and carefully wrapped in moving blankets and secured on our truck for delivery.
